Working for a leading business you will be in charge of setting up a small team for South Australia.
The role is focused on building and growing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with Sales Management you will coach on best credit practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and lead a small credit team, mentoring and empowering them to perform at their best
* Drive end-to-end credit management including credit applications, invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution
* Improve AR processes and cashflow by partnering closely with sales, management, and clients
* Coach sales staff on credit practices and risk minimization strategies
* Handle complex negotiations and disputes with confidence
* Deliver actionable insights on debtor performance through financial analysis and reporting
