About the role
You will work alongside the Chief Commercial Officer, supported by the Marketing Coordinator and the broader team to bring marketing, communications, partnerships and guest engagement to life. From fresh content, data insights and campaigns to ideas that make guests feel genuinely connected the brands.
* Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, email, website and paid media
* Manage organic and paid social media activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms.
* Direct the content calendar and create high-quality content for social, email, website, blogs and campaigns
* Lead content development and repurpose long-form assets into engaging short-form formats
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters and automated workflows
* Support paid media initiatives through testing, optimisation and performance tracking inhouse and with third parties
* Analyse campaign, social and website performance and provide clear insights and recommendations
* Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to align marketing activity with business goals
* Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels and touchpoints
* Coordinate and deliver communications, media and PR activities
* Marketing collateral for brand templates, corporate submissions, brand marketing
* Supported by Marketing Coordinator to execute directed tasks
What you will bring:
* 3+ years' experience in a marketing or digital communications role
* Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Proven experience working with a house of brands
* Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing and paid social
* Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms (Revinate, Mailerlite or similar)
* Confidence using CMS platforms and managing website updates
* Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Strong copywriting skills and a clear understanding of brand voice
* Practical experience with Microsoft Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Loomly, CapCut or similar tools for graphic design
* Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset and collaborative working style
* Australian work rights are required for this position
