Experience working with ticketing systems and managing incidents and requests efficiently. Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. Ability to work flexibly, including after-hours when needed. Experience in AV/VC support and basic telephony systems (Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect) is desirable. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement. Alignment with company values including collaboration, ambition, innovation, and humility.
