Job Opportunity: Full-Time Butcher
Location: Bunbury Farmers Market
Due to operational expansion, we are seeking an experienced Butcher to join our team on a fulltime basis. This role centres on producing high-quality, gourmet meat products and delivering high levels service to our guests.

Role Summary
This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys showcasing their creativity and skill in producing gourmet meat products. Your duties will include:
* Preparing and presenting a wide variety of meat products, including custom cuts and specialty items
* Assisting guests with selections and providing expert product advice
* Ensuring all products meet our high standards for quality and presentation
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in full compliance with health and safety regulations
What You Will Bring
* Full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia (essential)
* Proven experience as a butcher with a focus on high-quality and gourmet products
* Excellent knife skills and strong understanding of meat preparation techniques
* Keen attention to detail and commitment to exceptional standards
* Proven ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
