Known for quality workmanship and attention to detail, we are expanding our team and are seeking a skilled, experienced automotive spray painter on a full time employed basis who is passionate about producing exceptional results.
We are not a high-volume, production-line smash repairer. Our work is varied and rewarding, including:

* Accident and insurance repairs
* Chrome deletes/blackout packs
* Body kits and bespoke finishes

What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as an automotive spray painter

Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
* Mix and apply paint, ensuring colour accuracy and consistency.
* Operate spray painting equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
* Inspect finished work for quality and make necessary adjustments.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an automotive spray painter.
* Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques.
* Familiarity with automotive repair and painting equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Experience using water bourne and solvent based paint systems
