The Senior Field Service Application Analyst will be responsible for leading the support aspects of the Oracle Fusion Field Service application during the project implementation. The role will act as the technical authority and liaison between project teams and support functions, ensuring robust solution design, seamless transition and long term application stability.
The Senior Field Service Application Analyst will play a critical role in shaping integration strategies, driving compliance with code quality and documentation standards, and ensuring alignment with Icon Water's digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities include:
Lead coordination between project delivery and application support teams, ensuring strategic alignment and operational readiness.
Oversee rollout, technical configuration and optimisation of OFFS, ensuring scalability and performance.
Manage and maintain OFFS environments dependencies between the project team and Operations.
Provide expert-level guidance on integrated systems such as WAM (Work Asset Management), FIMS and GIS, acting as a primary point of contact.
Collaborate with Oracle integration specialists and enterprise architects to design, validate, and optimise data flows via Oracle SOA, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs and other connectors.
Ensure support requirements are embedded in system architecture and solution design from early stages.
Lead any project related incident resolution, service request triage, and change management processes with a focus on robust and enduring fixes.
Provide independent quality assurance reviews of code and related documentation.
Manage all project related technical governance activities including Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including workflows, configurations, and support procedures.
Participate in design and delivery of user training, onboarding, and feedback collection.
Identify systemic issues and lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation.
Contribute to operational reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 3+ years' experience in application support, preferably in utilities or regulated industries.
Experience working with Oracle Fusion Field Service or similar field service platforms.
Understanding of support operations, IT service management, and digital workflows.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, IT service management frameworks, and digital operations.
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration tools is preferred
