You’ll be given autonomy to really make an impact in your role.About The TeamThe Data and Finance Platform team is pivotal to Luxury Escapes and is at the core of our business and growth. We have an exciting opportunity to capitalise on our growing financial platform capabilities including treasury, virtual card issuing and commercial analysis. You will be working with a talented team of software and data engineers using a mature technology stack in a growing scale up.Your ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the development of our Data and Finance Platform, working closely with the rest of the business to deliver the best travel platform worldwide.Help transform our finance technology to further grow its potential as a profit centreTranslate complex financial and data concepts into clear technical requirementsCollaborate with commercial, finance and other teams in order to execute upon goalsLead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manageManage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem selection and statement to delivery and optimisationSet, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.Your background3+ years in Product Management and/or Business Analysis in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsSQL and Excel Proficiency preferredProven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solutionAnalytical and commercial skills will be valuable in this role especially, as you could be dealing with large datasets on a daily basisSolid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisationStrong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
