About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant (Legal), you'll:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across your chosen legal niche
* Build and nurture strong client relationships
* Source, screen, and place high-calibre legal professionals
* Use LinkedIn, SEEK, and other platforms to identify top talent
* Mentor and consult with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
* Help shape and scale a team of consultants (if leadership is your path)
* Drive strategic growth in your vertical, domestically and globally
What You Bring
* 1+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment
* A strong network, or the drive to build one
* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
* Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and CRM/database systems
* A strategic thinker who's motivated by outcomes, not just activity
* Genuine desire to grow within a global business
* High energy, team-first mentality and a sense of fun
