Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 + superannuation (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
The Role
The Speech Therapist will be responsible for providing assessment, intervention, and reporting services to NDIS participants across clinic, community, and school settings.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting comprehensive speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments
* Delivering evidence-based therapy interventions
* Developing individualised therapy plans aligned with participant goals
* Writing high-quality clinical reports (including NDIS progress reports and assessments)
* Collaborating with families, support coordinators, educators, and other professionals
* Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Managing caseload and compliance with professional and organisational standards
Essential Criteria
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* Eligibility for or current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of professionalism, organisation, and accountability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Desirable Criteria
* Experience working within the NDIS framework
* Experience working with paediatric clients
* Experience with AAC
* Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
