The SharePoint / Nintex Workflow Specialist designs, develops, and maintains enterprise workflow automation and forms solutions, enabling streamlined, efficient, and scalable business processes across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain workflow solutions using Nintex Forms and Workflows
* Configure and administer SharePoint on-premises environments to support business needs
* Lead or support migration activities from legacy workflow platforms to modern solutions (e.g. Nintex K2)
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into automated workflow solutions
* Deliver enhancements and continuous improvements to existing workflows and forms
* Provide ad-hoc support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and workflow-related issues
* Ensure workflows align with governance, security, and compliance requirements
* Document workflow designs, configurations, and technical specifications
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation
What You\'ll Bring
* Strong experience designing and supporting Nintex Enterprise Forms and Workflows
* Exposure to or experience with workflow platform migrations (e.g. Nintex K2)
* Advanced SharePoint on-prem administration, configuration, and support skills
* Proven ability to design and implement scalable workflow automation solutions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
* Experience working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
* High-quality documentation and communication skills
