Project Officer Opportunity | Higher Education Organisation | Part-time position

Hays has partnered with a large higher education organisation to recruit a project officer based in Brisbane.
Your new role:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Officer for 2 days per week starting asap until the end of 2025. In this role you will be required to provide high-level support for courses that require internal and external accreditation (or re-accreditation). This can include coordinating submissions, site visits, reporting, document control, committee updates and other related administration duties.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Collaboration with stakeholders within the health faculty, partners, and external accreditation bodies. Stay updated on accreditation changes and advise management and senior academic staff on potential impacts.
* Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality resources, templates, and tools to assist staff in preparing successful accreditation submissions and meeting related requirements.
* Lead the development and continuous improvement of procedures and tools for course evaluation. Work with key stakeholders to enhance curriculum quality and student experience.
* Collect, maintain, and analyse course evaluation data to identify trends. Provide strategic advice to academic staff to support evidence-based decision-making in curriculum and program development.

To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate:
* A high level of attention to detail and panning skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
