We’re excited to announce a newly created role for a Digital Content Author within the Coles Financial Services team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across Coles Credit Cards and Insurance Products, ensuring a seamless digital journey for our customers.

**What you’ll do**:
With a focus on optimising our website to increase traffic and conversions, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning content with campaigns while tailoring it to specific channels and audiences.
**You’ll also**:
- Take the lead in optimising website content to ensure it’s user-friendly, aligned with UX best practices, and tailored to audience needs.
- Manage campaigns and ensure website content is accurate, timely, and consistent with Coles’ guidelines.
- Partner with marketing managers and planners to design bespoke web pages that enhance the customer experience.
- Drive high-quality, creative content while maintaining consistent structure, messaging, and compliance across all assets.
- Enable real-time website updates to address trends, regulations, and partner needs quickly and efficiently.
**About you and your skills**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need 1-2 years’ experience in digital, web, or content production roles managing high-volume, large-scale websites.
Importantly, you’ll bring a strong understanding of UX best practices and proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (essential) and Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
