The Opportunity
You'll lead the final phase of implementing Employment Hero (Payroll) across a large and diverse organisation. With four Enterprise Agreements, complex award interpretations, and a variety of time & attendance (T&A) inputs being integrated into a new One Advance platform, your ability to manage stakeholders, processes, and risks will be key.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the side-by-side testing phase of the Employment Hero implementation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Work closely with internal teams (Payroll, HR, Finance) and system providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Liaise with external vendors and coordinate the integration of T&A feeds into the new platform.
* Drive project timelines, ensuring alignment to the go-live target of September.
* Ensure full compliance with EBAs, Awards, and Fair Work legislation.
* Collaborate with site-based Payroll Manager
Key Requirements
* Proven end-to-end payroll experience, ideally across complex multi-site operations.
* Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing Employment Hero (Payroll) - preferably from project initiation through go-live.
* Solid understanding of blue-collar payroll, including Award and EBA interpretation (construction/manufacturing).
* Experience managing integrations with external T&A systems into payroll platforms.
* Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
* Flexible to travel to regional sites during critical phases of the rollout.
