About the Role:The Adelaide Inn Hotel is seeking a part time guest services colleague to join an energetic and customer focused team to work in the day-to-day operations of a 60 room city edge hotel/motel.Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Taking reservations using our reservation system and update reservations booked onlineChecking in and out guests in a timely manner daily, authorising payments and preparing guest billsBe able to answer all enquires in regards to rates and availabilityAnswer the phone in an efficient and timely manner to address any enquiresCommunicate to other hotel departments in regards to request or requirementsMonitor and respond to emails professionallyBe able to solve all complaints in a timely manner for a positive outcome for the guestResponsible for a cash float and end of shift banking (Cash & Eftpos)Run daily reports within the shiftHandover to staff or security clearly on shift changePerform any additional task as per the Receptions daily check listAssistance may be required within other departments of the hotel such as Housekeeping or Fox RestaurantAbout you:Energetic and likes to work in a culturally positive environmentHas experienced in hotels in reception, duty manager or similarFluent in RMSCan work across a seven day roster the reception is open 8am to 8pmTo apply for this unique and exciting opportunity please click the "APPLY" button below to send us your Resume and Cover Letter online now.All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.Only Applicants that have been shortlisted for interview will be contacted.
