Nu-Pure Beverages is seeking a results-driven State Sales Manager - South Australia & Northern Territory to lead the sales strategy and manage key accounts in this critical region. Based in Adelaide, this role will report directly to the Head of Sales - Non-Grocery and requires occasional travel to Darwin and Regional South Australia.
You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver profitable growth and long-term success across key customer segments. This role is 100% work from home unless there is a requirement for customer engagement or work travel.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead state sales performance across SA & NT with a focus on revenue and margin growth.
* Manage key accounts and secure new business opportunities.
* Own end-to-end negotiations, including contracts, trading terms, and tenders.
* Collaborate on accurate sales forecasting via the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
* Oversee P&L for state operations and use data to inform business decisions.
* Build and maintain strong internal relationships to support commercial strategy.
* Promote a positive, engaged team culture with strong safety and performance standards.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in account management and new business development.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
* Experience working with Wholesale and Independent Grocery customers (desirable).
* Intermediate to advances Microsoft Office skills.
* Availability to travel as required.
