WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Contracts Specialist, you will be providing expert contract administration services to our operations and communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
* Administer contracts for compliance and effectiveness.
* Prepare construction tender documents and manage the process.
* Coordinate negotiations with preferred bidders.
* Resolve contractual queries and offer solutions.
* Ensure payment claims, invoices, and payments are managed.
* Collaborate across departments, monitor progress, and improve processes.
* Any other duties as required.
ABOUT YOU
* Experience as a contracts administrator or equivalent, preferably within the resources sector.
* Minimum 1‑2 years of contracts administrator experience is required.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Commerce or related fields is highly regarded.
* Sound understanding of contract law and general law and the ability to develop, administer, and contracting strategies.
* Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and co‑ordination skills.
