We're looking for a strategic, insights‑driven and performance‑focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead cross‑functional teams, shape go‑to‑market strategies, and drive business success for one of the top universities in Australia, and globally.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll lead the go‑to‑market strategy and commercial performance for a portfolio of online postgraduate programs, championing the student at every stage of the journey. You'll shape insight‑led competitive value propositions and translate these into high‑impact, end‑to‑end marketing plans. You will lead a cross‑functional Agile squad, manage budget allocation, and drive continuous optimisation to achieve student start and retention targets. You'll also play a key role in building strong relationships with a critical university partner, using your influence to align stakeholders and drive innovation. With a focus on leadership, performance, and strategic impact, you'll be instrumental in helping a leading university grow in the adult learner market.
