About The Role
* Assist with debt collection and chasing of payments
* Post and apply customer account payments
* Maintain up to date customer account records
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
* Assist as necessary in the month end process and reporting
About You – Skills, Experience And Qualifications
* 1 - 2 years experience working in a finance or accounts team
* Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent data entry skills with high level of accuracy
* Good time management and the ability to prioritise
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent computer literacy skills (Word, Excel)
