About You
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, which are crucial for excelling in this role. You are a professional and approachable individual with strong customer service and administration skills. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with people at all levels. You take initiative, work well both independently and in a team.
The Role
This is a permanent part-time position working 64 hours per fortnight. Please note, Total Catering Solutions is currently placed in Bassendean and will be due to re-locate to Wangara.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming telephone enquiries promptly and professionally
* Processing of creditors invoices when applicable
* Maintenance of records and inputting / updating data using IT systems
* Processing of customer orders and produce relevant paperwork
* Manage all day to day enquiries and administration tasks
* Produce and apply production labels as required
* Order and manage office supplies
* Provide administration support to other areas in the TCS office as required
* Any other duties within the remit of administration and receptionist
Essential Criteria
* Evidence of COVID-19 and 2022 Flu vaccinations
* Intermediate MS Office Suite experience
* Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Health Questionnaire and references
* Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
* Experienced in record management (desirable)
