Your role:
- Provide admin and accounts support to the Managing Director
- Manage supplier and customer records, bank payments, invoices, and reconciliations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office enquiries
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on overdue invoices
- Support office operations, including mail, stationery, and team amenities
You bring:
- Experience in accounts/admin, ideally with Xero
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with Apple products
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work independently
