Customer Service Representative – Multiple positions available in Frenchs Forest
DFP Recruitment is partnering with a well‐established organisation within the supply chain and logistics industry to recruit reliable and customer‐focused Customer Service Representatives. About You
You will bring a positive attitude and a strong customer service mindset, along with:
* Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred)
* Availability to work:
o Permanent Full‐Time: Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00pm – 8:00pm
o Permanent Full‐Time: Thursday to Monday to Sunday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
o Permanent Full‐Time: Saturday to Wednesday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and manage priorities
* Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using computers and navigating multiple systems
* Good communication, organisation, and relationship‐building skills
* A willingness to learn and grow within the role
About the Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring service requests are handled efficiently. Working alongside an experienced and collaborative team, your responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls and understanding customer needs
* Updating systems with job details and service requests
* Coordinating and scheduling support when required
* Keeping customers informed of job progress
* Liaising with field staff to organise service calls
