An established and highly regarded Geelong architecture studio is seeking a mid-senior architectural technician to join its collaborative and design-focused close-knit team. This role will suit a technically strong professional who enjoys working through design development and construction documentation while collaborating closely with consultants. You’ll play a key role in bringing a complex mixed-use project to life for a 3-6 month contract initially!
Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed documentation packages from design development through to construction documentation in Revit
* Collaborate closely with the team, consultants and project stakeholders
* Resolve architectural detailing and technical challenges across a complex project
* Contribute to maintaining documentation standards and technical quality across project stages
Skills & Experience
* Master’s degree in Architecture or a qualification in Architectural Technology
* Proven experience producing comprehensive documentation packages
* Strong technical understanding of construction methods and how buildings are assembled
* Excellent detailing capability and confidence resolving technical design challenges
* Experience working across design development and construction documentation phases
* Proficiency using Revit!
