Here's What You'll Be Doing:
* Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
* Support monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Manage invoices, track expenses, and maintain financial documentation.
* Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
* Provide support during audits and assist with tax-related matters.
* Communicate effectively with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
* 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
* Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required).
* Highly organised with a sharp attention to detail.
* Confident using accounting software and Excel.
* Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* CPA underway or strong desire to grow within a structured finance team.
