About the role
Our company is seeking highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrators to support the technology backbone of world-class events, ensuring our IT systems and infrastructure run seamlessly before, during, and after tournament time.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of critical IT systems and event-specific infrastructure
* Collaborating closely with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align and integrate systems wherever possible
* Delivering proactive maintenance, readiness, and operational support for high-stakes, high-visibility environments
* Championing a unified approach to systems administration across business-as-usual and event operations
* Supporting and managing key systems and platforms across events calendar
* Driving operational excellence through well-aligned tools, practices, and infrastructure
* Bridging day-to-day IT operations with the unique demands of global sporting events
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience supporting and maintaining core business platforms, with a focus on backend cloud infrastructure and front-end systems. You should also possess hands-on experience with cloud environments (Azure/AWS), including provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and ensuring reliability. Additionally, you should have strong skills in system integration, including APIs, middleware, and data synchronization processes.
