Offer description

Zeno Lawyers is seeking a full-time paralegal/legal clerk.
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual who will significantly contribute to the effective management of our front office operations and provide valuable support to our principal solicitor.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a paralegal or legal clerk within a law firm.
A minimum of 1-2 years of paralegal or legal clerk experience is required.
Strong problem-identification and resolution skills.
Proactivity in anticipating work requirements to enhance efficiency and mitigate potential issues.
Demonstrated experience in processing financial documentation for cash flow and accounting records and reconciliation.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
Proficient drafting and communication skills for clear and accurate information exchange.
Familiarity with SMOKEBALL Legal Software, PEXA, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in all listed software systems (SMOKEBALL Legal Software, PEXA, Outlook, and Microsoft Office) is essential.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Tertiary qualifications are strongly preferred for this position.
