The People & Culture (P&C) Specialist will collaborate with the business partnering team, P&C colleagues, managers, and employees to provide expert advice on People policies, processes, EBA interpretations, and employee record compliance. This role also involves managing casework and contributing to broader P&C projects, ensuring consistent support and alignment across the organisation. Key responsibilities As a P&C Business Partner Specialist you will: Provide expert HR advisory and operational support, ensuring alignment with strategic HR objectives, policies, and legislation Handle employee concerns, complaints, and disciplinary matters, escalating as needed Analyse performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements Support P&C projects and initiatives, including investigations and coordination Advise leaders on probation and performance procedures for high-quality service delivery Prepare IR/ER position papers, briefs, and correspondence on HR matters Contribute to continuous improvement of policies, processes, and systems Build strong relationships across the business to enhance communication and service delivery About you We are looking for dynamic and values-led individuals who have: 2 years of experience in HR, IR, and ER roles Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality End-to-end case management experience Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines Proficiency in using technology and automation tools for tracking work and generating reports.
