Restaurant Hubert is looking for a Sommelier to join our experienced team of wine professionals. In this role you will assist in the explaining, selling and serving of our extensive beverage list and should be comfortable providing world class service to our eclectic clientele; from the wine novice to the aficionado, everybody should have a magical experience.
You will also work closely with the Head Sommelier to further develop our culture of knowledge and enthusiasm around wine. In addition to excellent remuneration, our employees are offered a suite of additional benefits which can be found at the bottom of the page.
Restaurant Hubert is one of downtown Sydney's busiest and most loved venues. We offer classic French cuisine, an extensive international wine list and showcase some of the city's finest live jazz music.
Our wine focus is on classic, small volume, French and Australian producers, while still remaining enthusiastic about discovering talented new winemakers and bottlings of anything that's truly delicious.
We're seeking an experienced Sommelier to join our team and continue to offer exceptional service, whilst assisting in managing and serving our list of over 600 wines. In addition, we require someone who is excited to guide our floor team with further learning, tastings and mentoring.
