About the Role
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to manage our Sydney territory. This role plays a critical part in representing Nutra Organics at the frontline of our retail partnerships. This position is responsible for managing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving brand presence and sales performance within a defined geographic region. The Territory Sales Manager ensures flawless execution of brand activations, delivers educational support to retail staff, and fosters collaborative relationships with key partners to help fuel sustainable, values-led growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and execute a structured call cycle, building strong relationships with our customers
* Drive sales growth by securing new sales opportunities and planning brand activations
* Implement in store promotions, merchandising and staff training sessions for customers
* Collaborate with distributors and key accounts for seamless execution of initiatives
* Provide field insights and weekly reporting aligned with national sales strategy
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years experience in field sales, territory management or account management, ideally within FMCG, wellness or natural foods
* Strong relationship building and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and align with broader company goals
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and educate
* Full unrestricted drivers license
