About the Role:

You will work closely with senior leaders to bring our vision and values to life through authentic, values-based leadership that inspires staff, students, and the broader community.
Requirements:
* A postgraduate qualification in education.
* Extensive experience in senior leadership positions in schools.
* An understanding of the Victorian Child Safe Standards and a demonstrated commitment to the safety, wellbeing and protection of children and young people.
* An understanding of trauma-informed practice in an educational setting.

* The position reports to the Deputy Executive Principal.

1. To be successful in this role, you will have the relevant qualifications, skills and experience as outlined in the selection criteria.
2. You must also have a satisfactory criminal history check and a valid employee working with children check.
