The Role
As a senior or supervisor accountant your responsibilities will include:
* Independently managing small to medium-sized client jobs from start to finish, ready for manager review;
* Preparing and reviewing tax returns, financial statements, FBT returns and BAS for partnerships, companies, trusts, superannuation funds and individuals;
* Working with clients and collaborating with teams across the firm to provide integrated and responsive service;
* Coaching, supervising and delegating work to undergraduate, graduate and intermediate team members to support skill development;
* Assisting Managers and Directors with advisory engagements and providing business advice in areas of strong knowledge.

Skills & Experienced
Our ideal candidate will have,
* 3+ years accounting (tax and/or super) experience in an Australian public practice preparing Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns;
* CA or CPA qualification;
* A demonstrated understanding of Australian Taxation Law;
* Ability to delegate and manage others to achieve quality outcomes within tight timelines;
* Capacity to identify, resolve and report on technical & complex issues as they arise;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to use these to develop productive working relationships with others;
* You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this role.
