We are looking for a strong and passionate Venue Manager to take the reins of one of the best venues on the GC. The successful candidate must be a true leader, commercially minded, understand how to exceed expectations, lead the team to deliver amazing guest experience, whilst always ensuring we don't forget about energy and fun
THE ROLE
* Responsible for the growth and development of our people
* Providing world class, energetic and fun service to our guests
* Ensuring the team delivers the best experience on the coast
* Managing day to day operations of a venue
* Managing and creating the atmosphere and ambiance during the day and night
* Ownership of all standard operating processes and systems
* Accountable for the P&L, including labour, COGS and operational expenses
* Collaborate and create new initiatives, promotions and menu ideas to drive revenue growth
* Ensuring compliance with OH&S and OLGR polices
