Customer Service Traineeship Opportunity
This is a unique chance to equip yourself with the skills and knowledge required to excel in a fast-paced customer service environment.
The 12-month traineeship will involve a combination of formal training and on-the-job experience. You will have the opportunity to:
* Deliver high-quality customer service over the phone
* Analyze and resolve customer inquiries
* Carry out administrative tasks, such as creating and updating online records and databases
* Refer customers to appropriate channels of service by understanding policies and procedures
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to completing the full term of the traineeship and study requirements
* Intermediate experience using technology (computers/telephones/software packages)
* Strong time management with ability to prioritize duties and multitask
* Confidence to handle challenging situations and resolve enquires in a calm and focused manner
* Flexibility and adaptability during times of change to contribute to the team's strategic goals
* Pass a National Police Check
* A positive attitude and be an enthusiastic learner
