The Project Support Officer, Projects Precincts and Land Use role presents a rewarding opportunity to help grow social and affordable housing across Victoria by leveraging government investment in land, precincts and policy. This role supports the Project Director and team responsible for a key part of the $5.3 billion Big Housing Build, as well as Homes Victoria's forward program of housing growth in Precincts and priority growth areas.
You will work directly with the Project Director, Projects Precincts and Land Use to ensure efficient functioning of the team, coordination with the wider unit and branch, and support the team's key projects. Your skills in project coordination, written communication, recordkeeping and administration will support the team's work to identify land for investment, prepare feasibility studies and develop housing policy directions.
Well-developed stakeholder management skills are key, and an understanding of property, development drivers and/or government policy will be helpful. The team is achievement-oriented, collaborative, and welcomes new ideas.

- Effectively manage and co-ordinate processes, workflow, as well prepare and track program delivery across teams, maintain corporate information systems for records management, financial information, and ministerial correspondence as required.
- Operate as an effective branch member in a team environment and deliver quality, timely and effective customer service to managers and staff within the branch.
