Afternoon Shift Supervisor Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead our warehouse team during the afternoon shift.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
1. Warehouse Leadership: Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff during the day-to-day running of the warehouse.
2. Order Fulfillment: Ensure that all orders are picked, checked, and loaded with high levels of accuracy by warehouse staff.
3. Vehicle Loading: Oversee the loading of company vehicles according to company requirements.
4. Staff Training and Development: Ensure that all staff understand and comply with company policies and procedures, including OH&S and HACCP guidelines.
5. Maintaining a Clean Workspace: Prioritize housekeeping to maintain the warehouse in the best possible condition.
6. Stock Control and Purchasing Support: Assist management and provide support for stock control and purchasing objectives.
7. Administrative Requirements: Ensure that all paperwork and administrative tasks are completed accurately.
