Our client, a respected disability service provider in Brisbane, is seeking a Rostering Officer to join their supportive team.
In this vital role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and rostering Support Workers across a range of services, including SIL (Supported Independent Living) houses and community-based programs. You'll play an essential part in ensuring participants receive consistent, high-quality support every day.
What You'll Be Doing
* Planning, creating, and managing rosters for Support Workers across SIL houses and community shifts.
* Responding to changes and filling roster gaps quickly and effectively.
* Working closely with frontline teams to understand participant needs and align staffing accordingly.
* Ensuring compliance with service requirements, awards/EBAs, and organisational policies.
* Maintaining accurate records and using rostering systems to keep everything running smoothly.
* Providing exceptional communication and customer service to internal teams and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in rostering, scheduling, allocations, or workforce coordination, ideally within disability, aged care, community, or healthcare.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* High attention to detail and confidence navigating rostering or CRM systems.
* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
