We are looking for an experienced person to join our team
Responsibilities:
General farm maintenance
Experience in overseeing a cropping program including seeding, spraying and harvesting
Monitoring crop health and reporting issues
Earth moving
Supervising and mentoring casual staff
Ability to work independently and in a team
Record keeping and assisting in crop reporting and yield tracking
Upholding a safe working environment
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years farming experience
Diploma in Agriculture or similar
Current C-Class licence
Experience with John Deere machinery is essential
Experience with earth moving equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
