Base pay range
A$50.00/hr - A$60.00/hr
Day Shift: $50/Hr + Super (6am-2pm)
Afternoon Shift: $60/Hr + Super (2pm-10pm)

As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll play a key role in keeping critical production equipment running at peak performance. Whether you prefer early starts or afternoon shifts, you'll be part of a close knit team in a fast paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow your skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and uphold safety standards, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.
* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to avoid production disruptions.
* Respond to breakdowns and assist in fault finding and equipment repairs.
* Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
* Work alongside the maintenance team and assist in training apprentices.
What we're looking for:
* Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter with experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems.
* Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding and basic machining.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
