Overview
A unique permanent opportunity has become available to join a Global business in their cooperative HR team. Reporting straight to the HR Director, you will be responsible for partnering with local and global management teams. As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in this HR team and build strong relationships and employee engagement across the business.
You will lead the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will also be part of HR projects and initiatives and provide coaching, guidance, and strategic advice to managers across all functions on employment law, HR policies, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with local and global management teams to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Lead day-to-day HR operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and strategic advice to managers on employment law, HR policies, and employee relations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6 years of experience in a similar HR position.
- Experience in blue and white collar environments.
- Solid understanding of current employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience in FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) and blue-collar contexts is noted in the role context.
- Bachelor's Degree.
