Customer Care Coordinator Main Function: Processing of orders (Order entry, amendment and cancellation) Collaboration with Sales Representatives to increase Sales/ Profitability for ALL CB Foods products Ensure ALL Sales orders -verbally, emailed and any other medium, are posted with accuracy and thoroughness in a timely manner, making comments where applicable. Answer customers queries and take orders via phone and email Create shipments for warehouses Order Allocation Creating shortage reports and order listings for all products Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all customers, presenting a positive impression of self and the organization Perform after sales service which includes contacting customers to ensure they are satisfied with orders Working as a part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the facility Outbound Calling- Contacting customers on customer list for orders Liaise with other departments - Credit & Collection, Demand and planning, Distribution, Sales, and Production to organize customers orders Close open orders Be knowledgeable and able to communicate on product details, prices, availability and delivery schedules Liaise with shipping and Distribution to keep informed of the status of customer deliveries Provide drivers with specific/ special instructions Monitor and communicate ALL re-orders (chilled products) Assist with charitable and Marketing procedures Coordinate pickup of CB Foods products from customers Generate quotations for potential customers Updating order database with new customers details Attend briefing/huddle in relation to Customer Care Organize sample products requests with production Any other assigned tasks Minimum Academic Qualifications: Tertiary Level Degree in a related field
