Role Overview
This role will manage booking enquiries, scheduling, data entry, and general administration to ensure smooth daily operations. There is scope to take on additional responsibilities over time, with the potential for growth, training and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer phones and manage shared inboxes
* Respond to booking enquiries and follow up pricing
* Data entry and scheduling confirmed bookings
* Support the Operations Manager with quotes and emails
* Perform general office administration tasks for the depot
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Positive, reliable, and adaptable in a fast‐paced environment
* Comfortable using computers and office systems
* Good communicator, great phone manner and a team player
* Experience with scheduling and administrative duties
