Healthcare Support Role
The primary representative of the Allied Health Department, this position involves delivering exceptional reception and performing administrative tasks to ensure efficient and timely service delivery to Consultants, patients, and all stakeholders.
* Perform medical reception tasks in a professional manner, including customer service, cash handling, and data entry.
* Manage appointment systems, queues, and patient information.
* Process payments, prepare financial transactions, and reconcile accounts.
* Collect, organize, and monitor data efficiently.
* Book, cancel, and reschedule appointments, as well as follow-up on accounts and medical reports.
This role requires experience working in an Allied Health setting, with proficiency in MS Office, email, and patient information/recall database systems. Above all, patient care will be at the core of everything you do, committing to our Mission and Values.
