What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with new clients to understand their needs and ensure seamless onboarding, including documenting business requirements, initial setup and configuration, and providing comprehensive training.
- Support the full implementation of Tax Automate, ensuring timely completion of client-specific configurations and customizations with minimal operational disruption.
- Identify and propose improvements in the implementation process, collaborating with teams to execute these enhancements.
- Foster strong client relationships by serving as the main contact for implementation-related inquiries, addressing issues and questions that arise.
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced in product implementation, preferably within software development, collaborating with teams to achieve business goals.
- Possess strong technical skills for understanding and configuring software solutions, with tax compliance or accounting software experience being advantageous.
- Knowledge of basic financial accounting principles and some exposure to financial statements, or a willingness to learn.
- Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for quickly identifying and resolving issues, ensuring smooth implementation and high client satisfaction.
