We are seeking a talented Building Designer / Graduate Architect to join our growing team at Crede Studios in Kogarah, NSW. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the design and documentation of innovative residential and commercial projects.

What You'll Be Doing
* Producing concept designs, feasibility studies, and detailed architectural documentation
* Preparing drawings and plans for CDC, DA, CC, and construction stages
* Translating client requirements into practical, compliant, and well-considered design solutions
* Coordinating with consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout project stages
* Developing 3D models, presentations, and visualisations to communicate design intent
* Reviewing plans to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project goals
* Supporting project timelines and contributing to smooth delivery across multiple projects
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field
* Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in an architectural or building design environment
* Strong technical design skills and an excellent understanding of Australian building codes and standards including the SEPP. Knowledge of the DCP and LEP controls.
* Proficiency in Revit (essential), with additional skills in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
* Confident communication and the ability to clearly convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders
* A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating functional, thoughtful, and well-crafted spaces
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks across several projects at once
