Associate Director Architecture & Innovation

Location negotiable across NSW (subject to campus availability)

Permanent Full Time

$244,780 salary package - includes base salary ($216,315), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This role leads consistent, high‑quality digital solution design by setting architecture standards, providing expert architectural guidance and supporting innovation across the digital environment. Working across projects and operations, the role ensures architecture direction is practical, current and applied consistently, enabling scalable, well‑integrated solutions while strengthening architecture capability and delivery outcomes.

As a senior leader, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure architectural decisions actively support organisational priorities and user needs. You will provide clear governance and assurance, guide technology choices and influence outcomes across a complex delivery landscape, while leading and developing a high‑performing architecture team and embedding strong architectural thinking across the full lifecycle of digital solutions.

About you

You are an experienced architecture leader with strong expertise in enterprise and solution architecture, governance and digital innovation. You provide clear, practical architectural guidance, influence stakeholders across complex environments, and balance standards with delivery needs. You lead and develop high‑performing teams, promote consistent architecture practices, and keep customer and organisational outcomes at the centre of your work.
