We are seeking an experienced Facilities Co Ordinator to oversee the day‑to‑day operation of our Client's Shopping Centre.
This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring building services, contractors, and site operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Candidates from any industry are encouraged to apply, provided they bring solid facilities or building management experience.
The Role:
As Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly across our client's site. Acting as the vital link between contractors and the internal teams, you will:
* Manage the daily facilities operations across two sites
* Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers
* Ensure buildings are maintained to a high standard
* Respond to and resolve facilities-related issues
* Support compliance, safety, and preventive maintenance activities
* Build strong working relationships with clients and site stakeholders
About You:
We are looking for someone who is solutions-focused, professional, and enjoys building strong relationships. You'll bring:
* Proven experience in facilities management or building services
* Exposure to managing commercial buildings, centres, or a background in facilities.
* Strong contractor coordination and site management skills
* Practical, proactive approach with strong problem‑solving ability
* Background from any industry welcomed
* Working knowledge of workplace Health & Safety.
* Previous facilities coordination or property services experience is highly regarded.
