Job Title
The Talent Acquisition Specialist drives all end-to-end recruitment for key roles at Arcare, ensuring a best practice process to attract quality talent.
This role will work closely with Operations to ensure Residence recruitment needs are met based on analytical data, industry trends and verbal feedback.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop recruitment strategies across Core Roles at Arcare
* Collaborate with Operations to ensure residence recruitment needs are met
* Prioritise attention based on master roster gaps, turnover of staff, occupancy levels and leave impact
* Sourcing candidates through internal talent pools, advertising, networking, SEEK talent and LinkedIn Recruitment
* Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and internal departments
About You
* Demonstrated success in a recruitment role in the aged care or healthcare sector
* Current valid NDIS check and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged Care
* Australian Citizen, Resident or current Visa and Right to Work
