About our Bowls Group Leaders Program
Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to lead our indoor bowls groups. As a leader, you will be responsible for setting up the bowling area, welcoming participants, and ensuring a fun and inclusive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up the bowling area and welcome participants
* Organise teams and promote social interaction among members
* Oversee the pack down process and maintain a smooth operation
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a good understanding of indoor bowls and moderate physical ability. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
