In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are positive. Joining our team provides an opportunity to work for an organisation focused on meeting customer expectations and enhancing experiences.In your role as Customer Relationship Professional, you will be instrumental in offering remarkable support to our clients. You will diligently engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and offer personalised solutions to ensure they have a seamless experience with our company. Your skill in effective communication, understanding customer needs, and managing interactions will be vital in this position.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of Service contractsDefine a common strategy in customer relationship management (aligned with the Area Supervisor)Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts, amendments, and service quotationsAssist with answering contractual questions from Customers, the Sales Department, and Area SupervisorsOversee the process for resolving technical open cases by maintaining consistent communication and close cooperation with the Product Support DepartmentControl project Billing plan including adequate invoicing of variables, bonuses and penaltiesEnsure correct information in SAP and Sales Force related to the ContractResponsible for contract availability monthly monitoring and negotiation with customer related to the production periodManage customer communications to facilitate recovery effortsDeconstruct the contract with scope creep knowledgeQualifications & Skills1-3 years of relevant experienceExperience in product sales or service functionBachelor of Business (or equivalent)CompetenciesHandling "Customer expectations" and align to Vestas process flowCustomer relationship skillsManage Customer meetingsContract interpretation and track the progressUpselling and transactional skillsBasic Financial KnowledgeVoice of Vestas to CustomerOur BenefitsJoin the World's Leading Wind Energy Solutions ProviderExcellent Career Development opportunities both Nationally and GloballyA workplace that embraces Diversity and InclusionFlexible workplace arrangementsMarket Leading 18 weeks Paid Primary Carers Leave3 weeks Paid Secondary Carers LeaveEmployee Assistance ProgramVestas is an equal opportunity employer.
