- Full-time role located at our modern "Showroom" office in Taren Point
- Just Monday - Friday, no Saturday's required
**The Role**
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience as a Sales Assistant who would like to continue a career in the admin/marketing side of sales. Based full-time in our Taren Point office, you will report to the head of our projects division and efficiently assist them and the wider team with all administration and marketing for our current projects.
**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
- In-house CRM system management via AgentBox
- No attendance at opens required - some attendance at display suite during the week
- Running a variety of client reports
- Ad hoc sales compliance and sales duties for the team
- Attending weekly sales training, sales meetings and ad hoc company events
- Coordinating rosters for the Off The Plan Agents
- Assisting with various projects
- Liaise and coordinate with marketing for project listings
- A small amount of office coordination incl ordering stationary and groceries
**In order to be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Must have **Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License** (legal industry requirement)
- Previous real estate experience as a Sales Assistant or EA
- Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must work well under pressure
- Needs patience and enthusiasm to succeed within this role
- Strong confidence - assertive yet professional and friendly
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties
- Strong follow up skills
- The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
- Must be presentable
- Previous skill using AgentBox is highly desired
