* Negotiate business agreements and execute transactions

* Ensuring contractual requirements are negotiated, executed, and delivered within established policies and procedures
* Providing expert guidance and advice to stakeholders on contractual and legal matters
* Contribute to the development of strategies and solutions for complex contractual opportunities and issues
Key qualifications and experience include:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in leading complex contracting activities
* Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse teams and negotiate at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
* Australian citizenship is required due to defense security requirements
